Dillip Kumar Das is a skilled MTS 3 at VMware with over 7 years of experience in developing high-performing scalable systems in a results-driven agile environment. During his tenure, he built a few services from scratch and was awarded for his work in dynamic persistence layer design. Before joining VMware, Dillip was a Senior Software Development Engineer at Accenture, where he worked as an individual contributor for AT&T. He was involved in developing microservices for a telecom project on device management and e-commerce. He also worked with teams and product owners to develop requirements and stabilize the codebase. Dillip holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. He is a proactive and results-oriented individual with 9.03 years of relevant experience.
